Last updated: May 2026

Who runs this site

This site is operated by FourX Partners Incorporated, a financial advisory firm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("FourX," "we," "us").

What this site is for

This site introduces the FourX CFO Platform, the methodology it runs, the reports it produces, and how to request a walkthrough. It is informational. Nothing on this site is a contract for services.

Any engagement between FourX and a client is governed by a separate written agreement.

No financial, legal, or tax advice

Content on this site, including descriptions of reports, methodology, and platform features, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or investment advice.

Decisions about your business should be made in consultation with appropriately qualified professionals familiar with your specific circumstances.

Accuracy and changes

We work to keep this site accurate, but content can become out of date. The platform itself is being built in phases and specific features described here may change. Anything labelled as roadmap reflects current intent, not a commitment to ship on a specific date.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent changes were made.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FourX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, design, logos, and images, is owned by FourX or used with permission. Do not copy, redistribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

External links

The site may link to third-party services. FourX is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of external sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
