Who we are
FourX Partners Incorporated is a financial advisory firm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This privacy policy applies to information collected through platform.fourxpartners.com and any related services we operate from this site.
What we collect
When you submit the walkthrough request form, we collect the information you provide:
- Name
- Email address
- Company name
- Role (owner, controller, CFO, banker, CFO firm partner, other)
- Company size band
- Accounting system
- Topics you want to discuss in the walkthrough
- Optional: a description of your current finance challenge
- Optional: best time to talk
We do not collect financial account numbers, banking details, government identifiers, payment card information, or any other sensitive financial or identity data through this site.
We do not currently set marketing cookies or run third-party tracking pixels on this site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Reply to your walkthrough request and schedule a meeting
- Prepare for the walkthrough by tailoring the discussion to your business
- Follow up after the walkthrough about whether the platform or a Financial Readiness Assessment is the right next step
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or marketing list brokers.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database hosted in the Canadian region (ca-central-1). Access is restricted to FourX team members.
Notification emails are sent through Resend, a transactional email provider, to a FourX inbox.
Both Supabase and Resend are subprocessors who handle data on FourX's behalf under their respective terms.
How long we keep it
We retain walkthrough submissions for as long as they remain relevant to an active or recent FourX engagement, plus a reasonable record-keeping period. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what information we hold about you
- Correct information you believe is inaccurate
- Delete your information from our database
- Stop contacting you about your request
To make any of these requests, email mike@fourxpartners.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent changes were made.
